At “The Osteopath” Philip and his associate Olivia, specialise in musculo-skeletal problems for all ages, covering all areas of the body from the jaw down to the foot. Treatment is ‘hands on’ using a range of techniques from massage, articulation and manipulation to western medical acupuncture as needed. Cranial osteopathy is also practiced by both therapists.
Initial consultations last 45 minutes with follow ups at 30 minutes allowing plenty of time for thoroughness and any questions. Patients are individually assessed and given a medical diagnosis. From there, a comprehensive treatment and management plan including advice on posture and exercises if appropriate is given. Should osteopathy not be suitable, we would refer you to the appropriate person via your GP if necessary.
With practices in both Bourne and Stamford, we aim to provide an appointment within 48 hours with early morning, evening and Saturday appointments available. Emergency appointments including home visits are available. We are approved by all the main insurance companies and offer corporate packages focused at either keeping employees at work or returning them to work as quickly as possible.
